From the initial enquiry, through to the artwork proof, order and delivery was exemplary.  The team are very personable (Martyn James & Ben Percival) so you feel you are getting a bespoke service.  Nothing was too much trouble, even my desperate last minute changes/additions were dealt with in the same professional way. The customer service of these guys is next level, I needed to purchase additional badges in a pinch and they did everything they could to assist me including staying open so I could get my courier to collect the badges I needed.
